This is the perfect option for busy moms that want to work out while their children enjoy some play time. A twice a week for a fun, challenging full body work out while your kids play! Children will love running and playing while you sneak in some me time. Bring a yoga mat if you have got one. Please note the children`s play is uninstructed and parents are responsible for the supervision of their children.
